ARTICLE DESCRIPTION:

3257 Harbor Ave SW is the proposed site of 34 townhouse units with 21 shared parking spaces. This is a project spanning three lots. Pending LBA 3026219. An Early Design Guidance meeting with a combined agenda is set for April 6 at the West Seattle Senior Center.

This property was once owned by Michael Mastro, a well-known Seattle developer and real-estate agent who declared bankruptcy in 2009 with assets in excess of $249 million and liabilities of more than $586 million.

He and his wife fled to France in 2011 shortly before they were indicted on charges of bankruptcy fraud.

The property is now owned and is being developed by Jonathan Lemons
Lemons Architecture PLLC in Seattle.
